Payment is acknowledgment of these terms. If anything is unclear, ask before you commission.
All commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I see fit. Slots are transferable only before payment. Illustrations I make will not be posted publicly unless I have permission from the commissioner.
Prices are listed in USD and paid via PayPal. Prices can be negotiable if the request doesn't sound too unreasonable. Payment is made in two installments: the first half after we confirm the sketch, and the second half after I send a preview of the finished piece. Once full payment is received, I'll send a Google Drive folder with the final art, the save file, the timelapse, and any alts included in the commission.
Once a sketch is delivered, no refunds will be issued. If I am unable to complete your commission due to personal circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
You may use the artwork for personal use, profile pictures, and non-commercial sharing with credit. Commercial use (merchandise, games, books) requires a commercial license discussed at time of commission. Do not remove my signature or claim the work as your own.
Will draw: Illustrations, pinups, portraits, sfw/nsfw, OC's, sketches, linearts, Simple backgrounds (swirls, paint splatter, zoomed out character etc), I'm not a furry artist but I will draw Furry Art if requested, thumbnails and full colors/renders.
Won't draw: Loli/Shota (in any context), Real people in NSFW scenarios, Hate symbols, Revenge Porn, Logos, Things outside of my artstyle (for example: photorealism, environments, etc.), Heavy fetishes like Scat, Inflation, Vore, or something that would make me uncomfortable, Exaggerated sized genitalia, Non consensual, AI generated references for commissions, anything else feel free to ask
NSFW commissions are available to verified adult (18+) clients only. By commissioning NSFW content you confirm you are 18 or over.

Yes! you'll see a sketch for approval before I move on, and a preview before final delivery. See the Payment/Process terms above for how this ties into payment.
It depends on complexity and my current queue, but most pieces are completed within 3 days of the sketch being approved. I'll give you a clearer estimate once I know the scope of your piece.
Minor tweaks during the sketch stage are fine and expected. Larger changes once linework or color has started may affect the price or timeline, so it's best to lock in the concept at the sketch stage.
References help a lot, especially for OCs, character sheets, existing art, or a clear written description all work. Just note that AI-generated references aren't accepted for commissions.
